2026 ASCJ Conference Advertisement and Book Display Information

Book exhibitors receive the following services at ASCJ:

(1) Storage for books shipped in advance to the conference site (please find contact information for advance shipping below).

(2) For exhibitors without a representative in attendance, assistance with setting up and dismantling the display.

BOOK EXHIBITOR FEES

Book exhibitors are charged a modest fee to help cover the administrative costs of the conference. The fees vary depending on whether the exhibition is accompanied by a representative or unaccompanied.

• Accompanied exhibitions:

Exhibitors are asked to place a full-page advertisement in the conference program at a cost of 20,000 yen. They will be provided with table space as needed and may conduct book sales on site. Books may either be shipped in advance to the conference venue or brought on the day of the conference.

• Unaccompanied exhibitions:

Exhibitors are asked to place at least a half-page advertisement in the conference program for 10,000 yen (a full-page advertisement is also available for 20,000 yen). Books shipped in advance will be set up by conference staff on tables, together with order forms that conference attendees may take and mail directly to the publisher. Please note that ASCJ is unable to return unsold books to the publisher. Unaccompanied books should be sent to the address below and arrive no earlier than Friday, July 3, 2026.

Program Advertisements

The standard size for a full-page advertisement in the printed conference program is B5 (182 mm × 257 mm), available in either color or black-and-white format. Advertisements will be distributed to all registered participants. Please send a copy of your advertisement in PDF format to Andre Linnepe (linnepe[at]main.teikyo-u.ac.jp) no later than May 31, 2026.
